Terms and Conditions for Purchasing E50 Exosomes

Company: DAF Aesthetics LTD, trading as AelaMed (“Seller”)
By purchasing E50 Exosomes (“Product”) from DAF Aesthetics LTD trading as AelaMed (“Seller”), you (“Buyer”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all sales and use of the Product. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Buyer affirms that they:
1. Buyer agrees that the E50 Exosomes will only be used for cosmetic purposes only.
2. Will use the Product in accordance with applicable laws, industry standards, and institutional protocols;
Are not purchasing on behalf of, or for resale to, third parties without prior written consent from the Seller.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and are exclusive of VAT, taxes, shipping, and handling charges, unless otherwise specified.
Full payment is due before dispatch.
The Seller reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel orders for non-payment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are not guaranteed, and the seller cannot be held responsible for factors outside of their control.
Risk and responsibility for the Product transfer to the Buyer upon dispatch falls to the fulfilment partner, not with the seller.
5. Storage & Handling
The Buyer is responsible for appropriate storage upon delivery (e.g. refrigeration or freezing, as specified in the Product documentation).
Improper storage may invalidate warranties and result in product degradation.
6. Use Restrictions
The Buyer agrees not to:
Use the Product for clinical or in vivo applications;
Modify, reverse-engineer, or derive materials for therapeutic use without written permission;
Export or transfer the Product in violation of applicable export laws or regulations.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Seller warrants that the Product shall conform to the specifications at the time of delivery.
Except for the foregoing, the Product is provided “as is”, and DAF Aesthetics LTD makes no express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Seller’s liability is strictly limited to the replacement or refund of the purchase price of non-conforming Products.
8. Returns & Claims
Returns are only accepted for Products that are defective or incorrectly supplied.
All claims must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of receipt.
The Buyer must retain packaging and shipping materials for inspection in the case of damage in transit.
9. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall DAF Aesthetics LTD or its affiliates be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities;
Any liability exceeding the purchase price of the Product.
10. Indemnification
The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DAF Aesthetics LTD, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any losses, liabilities, claims, or damages arising out of or related to:
The Buyer’s use, misuse, or disposal of the Product;
Any violation of applicable law or these Terms.
11. Regulatory Compliance
The Buyer is solely responsible for:
Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulatory guidance related to the import, use, and storage of biological materials;
Obtaining all necessary permissions, clearances, or licences for lawful use of the Product.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full and binding agreement between the parties in relation to the purchase of E50 Exosomes and supersede any prior discussions or agreements.
